• When you have created an account on BuddyCalc.com as a BuddyCalc PRO user you do so at your own risk. We expressly exclude liability to the fullest extent permitted by law for the use of this account and the resulting calculations and other inaccuracies or errors. Any information stored or downloaded on your personal account is protected by us in a secure way conform our privacy policy which is applicable here.

• Securing application data kept and stored on a smartphone is the full and unlimited responsibility of the user.

• Upon opening a personal account on Buddycalc.com you explicitly agree that your account on BuddyCalc.com is subject to restrictions that allow us to control the use of memory on our servers. This means that event data, downloaded on our servers from your smartphone application, will be subject to 1) a maximum total memory usage of all events together and 2) date checks to eliminate events that have not been used or edited for more than a specified time. The website administrators fix the maximum available memory per user and the maximum time any event can be kept without modification or update. The user will receive a notification on the e-mail address you provided when opening your account before any data will be deleted. This will allow the user to take appropriate action.

• Selected testimonials will be posted on our website www.BuddyCalc.com but we will never disclose your full name and e-mail address. We will only post your first name if you provided it. We reserve the right to edit & shorten testimonials to make them fit for publication.

• BuddyCalc PRO is an application for iPhone/iPad that uses communication networks to communicate with the Internet and/or other servers. The user can control these interactions, like updating exchange rates and synchronizing data with our servers. The user must be aware that when using his/her mobile device the use of a communication network (mobile of Internet) may incur additional cost for the user. BuddyCalc is not responsible for the use of any of these functions in this application/website. The use of BuddyCalc is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. All cost as a result of using BuddyCalc application and website are entirely and solely at the charge of the user and BuddyCalc takes no part in any discussion related to cost incurred by the user as a result of using BuddyCalc at home or abroad.

• BuddyCalc will not use your e-mail or other private data to send unwanted e-mails or solicit any other kind of business relation. Nor will BuddyCalc sell this data or pass it on to third parties without your consent. BuddyCalc may however, on an occasional basis, send an e-mail to users when it deems the information important and necessary for BuddyCalc users.
